"How deep is the sea"

This project was inspired by a song called “Com’è profondo il mare”, "How deep is the sea", written and sung by the Italian singer Lucio Dalla:
“In the meantime, fish
from which we all descend
witnessed with curiosity
the common tragedy
of this world
which they undoubtedly found evil
and started to think
in their big sea
how deep is the sea
in their big sea
how deep is the sea
It's obvious
thought is annoying
even if thinkers
are silent as a fish1 "quiet as a mouse"
rather, they are fish
and as fish they are difficult to stop
because the sea protects them.
How deep is the sea
For sure
those who are in charge
are not willing to make differences based on poetry
thought is like the ocean
you can't stop it
you can't fence it in
In this manner, they are burning the sea
In this manner, they are killing the sea
In this manner, they are humiliating the sea
In this manner, they are bending the sea”
In addition to groped to visually recreate the musical influences I have deliberately altered the characteristics of the subjects to convey the sense of continuous transformation in which we are bound, from the primordial soup to today, trying to imagine even tomorrow.
It 'interesting that Lucio Dalla for this song was inspired by the vision of a painting by Arnold Böcklin "depicting the preaching of St. Anthony and the fish present in the collection of the Kunsthaus Zurich; the image that inspired music that inspires images.
