STEPS is a story of my family in the face of one of the most common diseases of the modern world which is depression.
After my mother’s successful recovery, I felt a strong urge to document my family’s struggle with my mom’s illness through photography. So I recreated the most important scenes saved in my memory and translated them into visual narrative.
The project is a way of saying „thank you” to my family for all the effort put in battling it.
I would also like it to be a genuine and solid example of overcoming this severe disease.

Until recently, focused on travel photography blog. From the beginning of 2016 works on long term projects. Debuted at 2016 in TIFF Festival by the project "Steps". Graduated from Sputnik Photos Mentoring Programme (2016/2017).
