I spend 4 months each year crossing wilderness alone or with one friend, with tent, on foot or on skis. I write about it on my blog and in the mountain and travel magazines. My texts are publish with photographs and I am trying to find a right balance between what I can say using words and this what can be only shown on the photographs. I do not want pictures to be just illustration. I want them to show other aspects of my story- that one which is not told in words- for many reasons, usually because words are to direct. This serie is about crossing Arctic on skis in February/March 2017. 1 month, 500 km, many troubles.

About author:
I made many stupidities in life, studied physics, designed fashion, even got some important awards for it ( for example gold in International Design Awards). I wrote a book, and now I write a blog. I spend months each year hiking in the wilderness, it is like meditation and keeps me alive. I also do photographs. Being professional in science and design did not make me happy so I do not want to be professional photographer. I just want to share some thoughts. Together with my writing it is my (very small) contribution to the world.
