Our memories are not as honest as they appear. Human brain is not neutral about recreating memories and is always changing them according to new information it gets. When you think of a scene that you have memorized, your brain won't give you an exact image of it and a great percentage of that image is been made by your brain from the data it got from your life. The more you rethink of that memory, the more your imagination works on creating a scene that is not real, until that you may have a clear memory in your head that is completely distorted.
Pictures on the other hand, are solid. Unlike memories, photos are not fluid and can be trusted. The pictures in this series are some memories from my trip to Dortmund that has been pictured the way that my brain would see them from the view point of a person who has been living in Tehran.
