Tiny human beings compared to the majesty of nature. I try to evoke emotions into landscapes using the human element. Most of my photos are often self-portraits.
This project presents just how small humans are in comparison to the nature that surrounds us and shows the most beautiful sceneries of our planet. I want to show people that our planet is beautiful and we should respect it and care for it as good as we can. I want to motivate people to discover new places and spend some time in nature. And of course, it is a way of creative expression that I simply need in my life.

Tomas Havel is a professional outdoor commercial photographer based in the Czech Republic. His work as a landscape and travel photographer opens the opportunity to explore unique countries on different continents around the world. Tom is most known for his self-portraits from Northern Norway, showcasing with a caption “sitting on the edge”. Beyond this, he has always been passionate about astrophotography and he constantly studies new shooting and editing techniques.
