Why do we often struggle so much to accept ourselves?
Our ideals and expectations are the sum of our experiences and interactions. We mould ourselves around a dreamt person, the construct of our experiences.
When this idealised being becomes the centre of attention even more then our own selves, we clash against a rigid vision of life. We become obsessed.
